1. Product introduction:

2. Use medium:
The threaded rubber joints are mainly made of neoprene, natural rubber and EPDM. The threaded rubber joints are resistant to natural weather changes and can be automatically extended. The threaded rubber joint adopts mesh steel wire for multi-body protection. It can prevent the product from shrinking naturally during long-term use and reduce aging and cracking. 3. Installation and use of threaded rubber joints:
1. The threaded (any) rubber soft joint must be selected according to the working pressure of the pipeline, the connection method, the medium and the compensation amount, and the number is selected according to the noise reduction displacement requirements.
2. When the installation pipeline produces instantaneous pressure and is greater than the working pressure, a joint that is one gear higher than the working pressure should be selected. (For example: when the pipeline start-up transient pressure is> 1.0 MPa, a 1.6 MPa joint should be used. When the transient pressure is> 1.6 MPa, a 2.5 MPa joint should be used).
3. When the pipe medium of the threaded rubber joint is acid, alkali, oil, high temperature and other special materials, a joint that is one gear higher than the working pressure of the pipe should be selected.
4. The normal applicable medium is ordinary water with a temperature of 0-60℃. For special mediums such as oil, acid, alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard texture conditions, the corresponding special resistant material rubber soft connection should be selected. Use blindly or universally.
5. When the pipeline displacement ≥ the large compensation amount of the rubber soft connection, the number of joints should be increased to parallel the displacement. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the excess tolerance of the pipeline, so that the joint is in a state of extreme disturbance displacement and deviation, let alone exceeding the limit (Expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.).
6. Threaded rubber joints are used for high-level water supply or suspended water supply. The pipes should be fixed on hangers, brackets or anchors, and the joints should not bear the weight and axial force of the pipes, otherwise the joints should be equipped with anti-pull-off devices (which bear The force must be greater than the pipe axial force).
4. Maintenance:
The threaded rubber joint has a certain service life, and it will age after a long time. In terms of storage, in addition to placing it in a cool and dry place that is not exposed to sunlight, it should also be kept away from things containing strong acids, strong alkalis, and high temperatures, and the working environment of the pipe fittings should be maintained regularly.
