(3) Implement 24-hour emergency response system services and provide technical training.
(4) If a quality problem occurs, the company sends technical personnel to the site where the product is used to deal with the quality accident and make an investigation record. Add, refund or exchange according to the product situation, and conduct management review when necessary.
Commitment to technical safeguards
(1) The company is responsible for providing equipment in accordance with the contract, and submitting corresponding materials, drawings and necessary tools.
(2) We train user technical personnel for free, and the trained personnel should have certain basic mechanical knowledge. The training location is arranged at the operating site of the system equipment, and the training time and location can also be arranged according to the specific requirements of the user (contract terms).
(3) The user's technical personnel can eliminate general faults after training, and users should notify our company in time for faults that cannot be eliminated, and the company will send technical personnel to solve them.
Parts Maintenance Commitment
Our company adheres to the prestige policy, strictly implements the contract, and delivers the goods according to the location, time, specifications and quantity required by the contract. If the construction period is delayed due to our company's delivery reasons or product quality problems, our company is willing to bear all economic losses. For damage accidents that are not due to product quality, our company also unconditionally provides spare parts and participates in maintenance services, only charging costs.
